GoatNode includes a combination of proprietary application logic and third-party software dependencies. Access to the GoatNode web interface and related APIs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for personal and lawful participation in supported platform activities.
This license does not transfer ownership of GoatNode intellectual property to you. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or produce derivative works from protected service components, except where such rights are expressly permitted by applicable law.
GoatNode may integrate open source libraries. Each open source component is governed by its own license terms, attribution requirements, and disclaimers. Where required, those terms remain fully in effect and take precedence for that specific component.
- Permitted use: normal gameplay participation, account management, and feature interaction through official interfaces.
- Restricted use: scraping, botting, exploit development, abusive load generation, and unauthorized automation.
- Commercial use: prohibited unless GoatNode provides explicit written permission.
- Termination: this license may be suspended or revoked if these terms are violated.
Open Source and Third-Party Components
GoatNode relies on external infrastructure and package ecosystems, including wallet adapters, blockchain SDKs, and web framework tooling. These dependencies are supplied under independent legal terms by their maintainers.
GoatNode does not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, codebases, or protocols. Any references to network names, wallet providers, or ecosystem partners are descriptive and used for interoperability context.
- Third-party terms may include independent warranty disclaimers and liability limitations.
- Service behavior may depend on external network uptime and vendor availability.
- Feature access can change if a dependency is deprecated, upgraded, or temporarily unavailable.

You are responsible for ensuring that use of GoatNode is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the custody and security of your wallet, signing permissions, and any credentials linked to your session.
2. Wallet and Transaction Integrity
GoatNode interactions can require wallet signatures and on-chain transactions. You are responsible for reviewing all transaction prompts before approval. GoatNode is not responsible for losses caused by user signing mistakes, compromised devices, phishing, or unauthorized wallet access.
3. Fair Use and Anti-Abuse Rules
You agree not to exploit vulnerabilities, create unfair gameplay advantages through prohibited automation, or interfere with platform stability. Any attempt to manipulate reward mechanics, API behavior, cooldown constraints, global pools, or progression systems may result in suspension or permanent bans.
4. Service Availability and Changes
GoatNode is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, balancing rules, and eligibility criteria at any time for security, compliance, or product reasons.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoatNode and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, access interruptions, reduced rewards, or blockchain network side effects outside our control.
