Privacy Policy

GoatNode processes data that is reasonably necessary to provide gameplay, wallet-linked authentication, security controls, and telemetry-backed platform features. This includes wallet-associated game state, progression metrics, and telemetry submitted through feed actions.

• Data categories: wallet address, gameplay state, streak and XP values, lock/mint state, and event telemetry.
• Telemetry may include geolocation coordinates, accuracy, altitude, and network-quality indicators when location access is enabled.
• Extended telemetry: signal strength (dBm), carrier operator name, local time of day and day of week, indoor floor level when available via device sensors or native bridges.
• Processing purposes: account state integrity, fraud and abuse prevention, service reliability, and gameplay analytics for DePIN coverage mapping.
• Retention: data is retained only for service continuity, legal obligations, and security/compliance audit requirements.
• Sharing: GoatNode does not sell personal data; processing may be delegated to infrastructure providers and authorized B2B partners with API access required to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for wallet security and key management. Public blockchain activity remains independently visible on-chain and is not controlled by GoatNode.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using GoatNode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service. Continued use following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility and Use

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of GoatNode is permitted only through official interfaces and approved API access methods.

2. Wallet and Signature Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all signatures and transactions initiated through your wallet. GoatNode cannot reverse, cancel, or recover user-approved on-chain transactions.

3. Device Permission Requirements

GoatNode may require geolocation permission to enable gameplay access and telemetry-backed functionality. Additional permissions for device sensors (altitude, floor level via Bluetooth/nearby APIs) and network signal information may be requested to enhance coverage mapping. Disabling required permissions may limit or block access to certain service features. You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. Prohibited Activity

Prohibited activity includes exploits, abusive automation, service interference, and reward manipulation. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.

5. Availability and Changes

GoatNode is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, limits, and mechanics may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

6. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoatNode disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including losses arising from service interruption or third-party network failures.

License

GoatNode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service through official interfaces for lawful personal participation.

• No ownership transfer of GoatNode intellectual property is granted or implied.
• Reverse engineering, redistribution, sublicensing, or derivative commercial reuse is prohibited without prior written permission.
• Third-party open-source dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution requirements.
